THE DEFFINUM PROJECT AT CREPS DE BORDEAUX
What is DEFFINUM?
DEFFINUM is a plan for the transformation and digitization of training, led by the French Ministry of Labor. The aim is to step up the digital transformation of training and position France at the top of the league in terms of pedagogical innovation. The call for projects is worth 100 million euros.
DEFFINUM, for what purpose in sport?
CREPS Bordeaux is part of a consortium of 22 establishments set up for this project. The aim is to enhance and pool the expertise present in the establishments through 3 axes:
1. Enhance the employability of sports educators and trainers by providing them with an adapted training offer,
2. Include people with disabilities in sports training and employment,
3. Prepare the retraining of top-level athletes through individualization (Performance, Training, Human & Citizen)
What about the CREPS in Bordeaux?
The CREPS is committed to creating distance learning modules based on fun, innovative tools and expert testimonials, aimed at top-level athletes, coaches, agents and trainees. Each module lasts between 30 minutes and 2 hours, and is validated by a training certificate.
The themes covered are: the values of the Republic, Olympic and Paralympic values, the legal and economic framework and the ethical values of sport.
To move towards this digitization of content, the CREPS has equipped itself with software to create interactive course materials, a more powerful computer for video editing and a video/podcast recording studio.
Nomadic video equipment (tablet, smartphone, stabilizer), sound, lighting and a mobile green screen were acquired.
The possibility of using it on the move is essential to develop digital and audiovisual practices in sporting activities.
The studio is located at the entrance to the team sports gym, and computer equipment can be collected from the CDI.
