What is Parcoursup at CREPS?
The Bordeaux CREPS offers a number of places to students with a baccalaureate who wish to enter a vocational training program in the sports professions.
The courses concerned are :
- BPJEPS Aquatic and Swimming Activities – Bordeaux or Soustons site (Landes)
- BPJEPS Physical Activities for All – Bordeaux or Soustons site (Landes)
- BPJEPS Fitness Activities
- BPJEPS Judo Jujitsu
The courses offered by the school are selective.
For each of them, you need to have eithersporting prerequisites (swimming and judo), or pass the TEP (tests d’exigences préalables en APT et AF). Once these conditions have been met, you must pass the selection tests.
The selection steps are as follows:
Step 1 – Vœu – no later than Wednesday April 2, 2025 : apply for one of the Bordeaux CREPS courses (BPJEPS APT – AF – AAN or Judo) via the PARCOURSUP platform.

Step 3 – TEP/TEST: you take part in the TEP tests and/or selections on the following dates:
– BPJEPS Activités Aquatiques et de la Natation – Selections take place at the Bordeaux site, regardless of your choice of training location: Monday April 28, 2025
– BPJEPS Physical Activities for All – The selections will take place at the Bordeaux site, regardless of your choice of training location: Thursday April 24 and Friday April 25, 2025
– BPJEPS Fitness Activities : from Tuesday April 22 to Wednesday April 23, 2025
– BPJEPS Judo Jujitsu : Monday April 21, 2025
Please note: Failure to take or pass the specific Parcoursup TEP tests will terminate the selection procedure. If you have already passed the TEP, it is imperative that you send us the proof via your CREPS de Bordeaux online space, so that you can apply directly for the selections.
Step 4 – Admission – June 2, 2025: If you are admitted, you will receive a Parcoursup notification. You will then simply need to confirm your registration in accordance with the rules of the Parcoursup platform.
By enrolling in a training program under this scheme, you will be considered a student and, where applicable, qualify for a higher education grant.
Step 5 – Administrative registration
Athletes on the ministerial list of high-level athletes (SHN – elite, senior, relief and conversion categories) and people with disabilities can benefit from special arrangements for the TEP and the training course. Do you have any questions?
Why use Parcoursup to apply for one of your courses?
If you apply via Parcoursup, your training will be fully funded (around €5,000), and you’ll only have to pay the registration fee: €50 once you’ve been selected.
Please note that if you apply via Parcoursup, you will not be eligible for an apprenticeship contract.
How to register for your courses via the Parcoursup platform?
You need to log on to the Parcoursup platform and choose the course(s) you are interested in by including it in your wishes. You will then need to validate your wish on the platform, at which point we will have access to your contact details.
Avoid waiting until the last day to take the necessary steps.
Once you have validated your wish, we can contact you to prepare for the selections. You will then need to send us the required documents by the deadline.
What documents will I need to take the selection tests?
This may vary depending on the course, but overall we ask that you :
- A copy of your identity card
- A medical certificate (please note that it must conform to the model)
- Proof of sporting ability (for judo and swimming only)
If you have already taken the APT or AF prerequisite tests, proof of successful completion.
I can't be there on selection day
Unless adapted to the health context, if you do not take part in the selections you will automatically be excluded from the Parcoursup process.
When will selection results be available?
The results are communicated directly via the Parcoursup platform and unfortunately we are not allowed to give them to you directly.
I'm on the waiting list and I'd really like to come and train with you. What should I do?
Above all, do not unregister via Parcoursup and do not validate another wish on the platform, as you will disappear from our waiting list and we have no way of replacing you there.
We advise you to come and take the “normal” selections, while maintaining your wish on the platform, and we will help you to finance your course through Parcoursup or other means.
I've started another course that I don't like. Am I entitled to Parcoursup funding?
Apply via the platform, respecting the dates of baccalaureate holders. Parcoursup can also finance training for people who are reorienting themselves or who have stopped their course of study.
