MEETING OF DTN AND PERFORMANCE DIRECTORS: CREPS DE BORDEAUX PREPARES THE FUTURE OF TOP-LEVEL SPORT

At a time when sports federations are revising their Federal Performance Projects (PPF) in preparation for the next Olympiad, CREPS Bordeaux brought together the national technical directors (DTN) and performance directors of the disciplines hosted by the establishment.

Federations present: athletics, badminton, soccer, judo, karate, modern pentathlon, baseball, handisport and pelote basque.

The aim of the meeting was twofold:

  • Present the high-level and high-performance project carried out by the Bordeaux CREPS, which focuses on providing comprehensive support for athletes, combining academic training, a suitable living environment and cutting-edge systems to optimize performance.
  • Discuss possible improvements and new challenges to be incorporated into future PPFs with DTNs and Performance Directors.

These two days of work enabled us to enrich our joint reflection on how best to adapt the coaching and support of top-level athletes in line with the performance ambitions for the coming years, and in particular the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

A strong commitment to working closely with athletes and trainers to shape France’s sporting success together!
