RENDEZ-VOUS RH ET SENSISIBILISATION AU CREPS DE BORDEAUX
On Tuesday February 4, the CREPS de Bordeaux organized a prevention awareness session, an important opportunity to inform and support staff on the safety, health and environmental measures in place at the facility. The aim of this initiative is to reinforce the preventive culture within the establishment and guarantee a safer, more caring working environment.
During this session, the prevention booklet created in 2025 by Jérémy Lamade, the prevention assistant, was presented. Its aim is to simplify and popularize technical and regulatory information, thus facilitating access to the various systems for all CREPS staff.
A number of initiatives were highlighted during the awareness-raising sessions:
- A reporting system enabling anyone to anonymously or anonymously report any situation of harassment, discrimination or violence.
- An up-to-date list of first-aid attendants at work to ensure rapid response in the event of an incident.
- Tools and resources to help prevent mental health risks and ensure a caring work environment adapted to the needs of employees
Prevention is a collective process, and every action taken in this area contributes to improving well-being and safety in the workplace.
The HR department organized a “Café RH” on social action
As part of its efforts to support staff and improve the quality of life at work, the Human Resources department at CREPS Bordeaux organized a “HR Café” on Tuesday February 4 from 1:30 to 3:00 pm, on the theme of social action.
The meeting provided an opportunity to inform employees about the many aids and schemes available to improve their quality of life at work, and to discuss the various benefits to which they may be entitled.
The CREPS has its own social action policy. This was approved by the Board of Directors on November 24, 2024. It enables staff to benefit from CADHOC vouchers, co-financing of leisure subscriptions, APAC subsidies, participation in the cost of meals, and exceptional financial assistance.
In addition, agents can access a wide range of online aids via dedicated platforms, such as PREAU, ANCV vouchers, CESU, SRIAS etc…
CREPS Bordeaux would like to thank all the participants for their involvement and interest in these fundamental subjects.
