CREPS Bordeaux, with you at the heart of the region
The CREPS is committed to
Quality, Health, Safety and Sustainable Development
Committed to an integrated approach to Quality, Health, Safety and Sustainable Development, CREPS Bordeaux has implemented an innovative management system to meet current and future challenges. This system is based on an in-depth analysis of risks and opportunities in the fields of sustainable development, in line with the 15 Eco-responsible Public Service (SPE) measures, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), enabling the construction and rigorous monitoring of the Document Unique d’Evaluation des Risques Professionnels (DUERP).
Although the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications have been discontinued in 2023 to focus on operational priorities, the establishment maintains an ambitious policy aligned with the Politique Objectif Qualité Environnement (POQE) and retains QUALIOPI certification to guarantee the excellence of its training courses.
The CREPS de Bordeaux is a key player in the promotion of sustainable development and a member of the steering committee of the Club Développement Durable (DDEP), a national network of public establishments.

In 2024, it hosted the 3rd Club Développement Durable (DDEP), bringing together the national representatives of the Ministry of Sports, Youth and the Voluntary Sector to co-construct the strategy for the next four years.
This proactive approach and ongoing commitment enable the CREPS :
- Improve customer service through optimized process management.
- Strengthen health and safety in the workplace, with simplified prevention tools accessible to all interested parties.
- Promote a sustainable environment through concrete eco-responsible actions.
Concrete eco-responsible actions
The Bordeaux CREPS is committed to protecting the environment and preserving biodiversity on a daily basis. Our actions include
- Refuge of the League for the Protection of Birds (LPO)
The CREPS is located in a migratory corridor for wild birds. Several protected species stop over, live and may reproduce on the site:
- Kestrel,
- Grey heron (Ardea cinerea),
- European kingfisher (Alcedo atthis),
- Swift Warbler,
- Chickadees,
- Picks, etc.
The CREPS is naturally committed to protecting the richness of its site, by becoming one of the 57,000 refuges of the LPO association, for over 30 years.
The gender equality approach
The Bordeaux CREPS is fully committed to gender equality in the workplace, and has drawn up an action plan covering the 5 mandatory areas of action:
- strengthening the governance of gender equality policies in the workplace
- guarantee equal access for women and men to civil service bodies, job categories, grades and positions
- assessing, preventing and dealing with pay discrepancies
- promote a balance between work and personal and family life
- prevent and deal with discrimination, acts of violence, moral or sexual harassment and sexist behaviour.
A watchdog unit has been set up around the gender equality officer to keep the process alive.
