Our expertise
Optimizing our network of experts for sports excellence
Many medal-winning athletes have trained at the CRESP of Bordeaux. Highly qualified staff work every day to support athletic performance.
Choosing CREPS of Bordeaux means choosing to surround yourself with attentive professionals who are dedicated to developing your skills and enhancing your performance.
GRAND INSEP Network
Since July 5, 2016, CREPS Bordeaux has held the GRAND INSEP label, thanks to its recognized expertise in sport performance. As a pioneer member of this network, the establishment is fully committed to “guaranteeing a performance environment for athletes and their support staff ; wherever they live, train, and prepare to win”
Our network also created real collaboration and cooperation among all stakeholders in elite sports. This enables the sharing of expertise and resources to drive performance more effectively. This initiative is part of a national ambition: “to place France among the world’s top nations in elite competitive sport”.

An application to track athletes’ progress
In collaboration with INSEP and other major stakeholders in elite sport, the CREPS is actively involved in the implementation of Athlete360, an innovative digital athlete management system (AMS).
This monitoring and decision-making tool is designed to optimize athlete performance and guide performance planning by coaches through the collection and analysis of data.
Athlete360 enables technical staff, physical trainers and scientific experts to centralize and analyze key indicators such as:
– Availability and training load: intensity of sessions, workload, recovery.
– Physical and physiological condition: fatigue, injuries, biometric data.
– Psychological and motivational state: mood, stress, commitment.
– Competition performance analysis and monitoring.
Thanks to the cross-referenced data and advanced visualizations provided by the two Athlete360 sports scientists at the CREPS, staff have concrete elements available to adapt training, prevent overtraining and optimize athlete support. Information flow is as well improved between the different professionals involved, benefiting both athletes and their coaches.
The SportTrooper project
In collaboration with Onepoint, The CREPS of Bordeaux has developed a custom solution to simulate real competition conditions. The stress experienced during competition is difficult to replicate in daily training due to the difference of environment (sound, visual…).
The SportTrooper project was born of this observation: a concentration of advanced technology and virtual reality. The shooter is placed in front of a screen that reproduces competition conditions.
At the same time, data is collected, including heart rate, pistol movement and psychological data. This helps identify stress-induced performance drops in performance, and thus improve mental preparation.
The wide treadmill
A few months ago, the Bordeaux CREPS acquired a wide treadmill to complement its sports analysis and performance tools (particularly for para-sports disciplines). it is used to analyze the physical, psychological and biomechanical parameters of athletes.
The InoPerf solution
InoPerf is an innovative real-time video analysis solution developed by E-noVon, designed to integrate video assistance into training. Combining hardware and software solutions tailored to the needs of different sports and the specific setup of the CRESP of Bordeaux’s facilities, this tool allows training sessions to be filmed, broadcasted, analyzed (either live or later), offering detailed tracking and deeper insights into athlete performance.
