I am a candidate and would like to become an apprentice (for young people aged 16 to 29)
-
The apprenticeship contract
The apprenticeship contract is a fixed-term contract. Alternating theoretical and practical training, it is open to all young people between the ages of 16 and 29. Apprenticeships lead to a professional qualification and a recognized diploma (BPJEPS / DEJEPS).
People over 30 can become apprentices under certain conditions, in particular disabled people, entrepreneurs and top-level athletes.
-
The procedure to follow
The apprentice must first find an employer. This is part of the job search process (CV, cover letter to potential employers: associations, clubs, local authorities or companies).
He or she must then contact the CFA CREPS de Poitiers via the pre-registration document to be downloaded.

Compensation
Apprentices benefit from a training program financed by the relevant OPCO (AFDAS in the sports sector, UNIFORMATION in the entertainment sector), which alternates theoretical instruction at the training center with practical training at the company.
The apprenticeship contract is an employment contract, and as such, the apprentice is remunerated. Remuneration is calculated according to age and the number of years of apprenticeship.
